As a principal of Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, I believe my role as an educator is to guide and nurture the upcoming generation and make them ready to face the future with a strong determination.
Our Param Pujya Gurudev’s vision is to impart a stress free holistic education that enhances cognitive, social and spiritual learning and to provide students with modern tools as well as the moral and spiritual strength needed to face the challenges of the modern world and thus evolve into society conscious global citizens. My mission as a principal is to fulfil the vision of Guruji into reality.
The ability to be innovative and creative is important hence we have designed our innovative teaching methodologies to encourage students to develop critical-thinking and learn through enquiry and reason, to exchange thoughts and ideas, to develop key personnel and social values, to take ownership for their work and to set goals to realize their own unique potential.
We constantly strive to provide an environment that is basically sacred, and has a framework of discipline that is flexible yet supportive. A freedom that allows students to learn even from their mistakes, to develop into a person who can understand the implications of freedom and responsibility.
Our school follows the policy of inclusive education. In our school teachers, staff, parents and students work together in the shaping of young lives. I am honoured to work with very hardworking and talented teachers, who are dedicated in creating a child centric learning environment where students are encouraged to learn and grow.
It is my strong faith that, team efforts and healthy parent-teacher relationship gives a path that leads towards a bright future of the child. My message to all parents is to stay involved. This can be accomplished by staying in contact with your child’s teacher and make sure that you are aware of your child’s progress. I am always available either on phone or email to answer any questions or concerns you have at any time.
I am honoured to serve as the principal of Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir. It is truly a privilege to be a part of a SSRVM Community where parents, teachers and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth. We look forward to having a long and rewarding relationship with you and your family.
